artist statement: Manipulation to me has many different interpretations. One is to change an image to create an new meaning from that image, another is to use multiple images to create a new image. In this project I used the latter of the interpretations. I used my interest in capturing nature and my interests in the way people move to experiment with the way people move through the space they are in or through nature. People can move almost through any type of space in so many different ways.

Hey I know you were having some concerns about not having transparent ink but I think it adds a certain design element to the image having it overtop the picture and the words and I'm not sure you would get the same affect with the transparent ink so I like it :)
